Gatherings that would exceed the occupancy limit of an individual condo typically require an entire-building reservation to protect the guest experience. Smaller gatherings within the condo’s occupancy limit are considered case by case. All gatherings require prior written approval: send your request to info@cajunhomes.org. Approved gatherings must end by 9:00 p.m.

Commercial photography and filming are not permitted.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors at all times. Guests who smoke must move away from the building, near parking space 4, or off the property to a city sidewalk or street where permitted. Smoking near the front door is never acceptable. Cigarette butts found on the ground trigger an automatic $100 cleanup charge.

Moving or rearranging furniture is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines and immediate termination of your stay.

Please remove your shoes at the door to protect families with small children and preserve the original hardwood floors.

We do not accept pets. Service animals are welcome. Additional cleaning during your stay is available on request for an additional fee.

Your reservation includes parking for one vehicle. Every additional vehicle incurs an additional fee and must be registered, approved, and prepaid before arrival. Additional off-street parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis for $37 per additional vehicle, per night. All parking fees are nonrefundable. Parking for one vehicle does not authorize parking multiple vehicles in the same space.

Oversized vehicles may incur an additional fee and/or be required to park offsite. Please contact info@cajunhomes.org before arrival to confirm parking arrangements.

Limited temporary guest street parking permits may be available for $20 per night on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to permit and night limits. Permits must be arranged in advance and are nonrefundable. Do not assume that overnight street parking is permitted; follow all posted signs and permit requirements.

Guests are responsible for parking legally and complying with all posted signs, parking regulations, and permit requirements. Cajun Homes is not responsible for parking tickets, towing, vehicle damage, theft, vandalism, or other vehicle-related incidents or losses.

Submit your check-in form and identity verification no later than 24 hours before check-in so we can adequately prepare for your stay. Only the Cajun Homes Guest Experience Team may authorize a short-notice exception or waive the 24-hour deadline. Access codes will not activate until both requirements are completed.

Your reservation confirms your check-in time. Checkout is by 11:00 a.m. unless a later checkout has been approved.
